  • Combine rum, fresh pineapple, and coconut for a homemade Piña Colada.

  • Mix vodka with ground coffee to craft your own Espresso Martini.

  • Pair vodka with vanilla pods for a smooth, vanilla-infused spirit.

Understanding Nitro Cavitation

Cavitation refers to the rapid creation and collapse of vapour bubbles inside a liquid. Nitro cavitation uses this effect to quickly draw out flavours from herbs, fruits, and spices—no muddling required.

For example, to make a mint-infused mojito:

  1. Fill your infusion bottle with vodka and fresh mint.

  2. Pressurise it with nitrous oxide. The liquid is pushed into the mint leaves.

  3. When depressurised, tiny cavitation bubbles collapse, pulling out the mint’s essential flavours into the vodka.

  4. Add carbonation for a refreshing fizzy mojito.

Carbonating Your Drinks

You can carbonate almost any type of beverage — from wines, cocktails, and fruit teas to citrus juices and even tomato juice.
The bubbles lift aromatic notes to the nose, adding extra depth and freshness to each sip. Carbonation also brings a light acidity that enhances the drink’s overall flavour profile.

Nitrogen Infusions

Using nitrous oxide chargers, you can create instant flavour extractions. Under pressure, the liquid enters the chosen ingredients, and when released, the flavours are drawn back out into the drink.

Try experimenting with:

  • Herb-infused red wine

  • Dill-infused vodka

  • Cinnamon-infused brandy

  • Raspberry and basil vodka

  • Coffee-infused whisky

  • Vanilla-infused spirits or sloe gin

The result is fast, clean infusions with bold, aromatic flavours—ideal for both home mixologists and professional bartenders.
