Shipping Policy

Culmore Creams – Northern Ireland Delivery

At Culmore Creams, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery service so you can enjoy your order as quickly as possible. Please read the information below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.

1. Order Processing

  • Same-Day Dispatch – Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on business days will be processed and dispatched the same day.

  • Later Orders – Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next working day.

  • Order Confirmation – Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order and delivery details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Flat Shipping Fee – All orders include a £4.99 delivery charge.

  • Delivery Time – Standard delivery usually takes up to 3 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Weekend & Holiday Deliveries – Deliveries are made on business days only. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

3. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver only within Northern Ireland and the UK

  • We are working on expanding our service to include delivery to the Republic of Ireland in the near future.

  • At this time, we do not offer delivery to other international destinations.

4. Shipping Carrier

We use reliable local and national courier services to deliver your order. The specific courier may vary depending on parcel size and delivery location within Northern Ireland.

5. Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available, a link or tracking number will be included so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

6. Delivery Instructions

At checkout, you can leave specific delivery notes (e.g., “leave with a neighbour” or “leave in porch”). If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave the parcel at a designated collection point.

7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient not being available:

  • The courier may make another attempt or leave a card with collection details.

  • If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at culmorecreams@gmail.com within 3 working days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Once a parcel has been successfully delivered to the agreed address or designated safe place, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Misuse of substances such as Nitrous Oxide (N₂O), solvents, gases, or similar items can be extremely dangerous and is against the law.

When placing an order through our website, you agree to the following conditions:

    • I understand that proof of age may be required and agree to provide valid identification upon request.

  2. Understanding of Safety Information

  3. No Intention to Misuse

  4. Safe Storage and Transportation

    • I agree to handle, store, and transport Nitrous Oxide chargers responsibly.

    • I understand that transporting pressurised gas by air or on aircraft is strictly prohibited and may result in serious legal consequences due to the risk of explosion.

  5. Adherence to Terms and Conditions

    • I understand that all orders are subject to a risk assessment prior to dispatch.

  6. Disclaimer & Identification Requirements
